The best spa experience in Canberra, for sure. I had my first visit today, based on word of mouth, and the word was right. Had a 2 ritual package with relaxing massage and basic facial. Jocelyn, my therapist, gave a great massage with just the right amount of pressure and she found the right spots. My facial made my face glow, the plunge pool and sauna were great, and the lounge was very relaxing. I honestly could have stayed many more hours, just lolling around, had I time on my side. I will return.

Had the most relaxing facial/massage. I’ve never enjoyed a massage before. I usually get out of massages feeling sore and uncomfortable but I had the best experience at Canberra day spa, I’ve never felt so relaxed. Highly recommend!

I treated myself to the Deluxe Scalpical at Hair Spa Braddon and it was pure indulgence from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, Dong greeted me warmly and took the time to walk me through each step of the service I’d chosen. She checked in about massage firmness and thoughtfully asked if I was claustrophobic before explaining the drip mask, which immediately put me at ease and made the whole experience feel very considered and personal. If you’re looking for a luxurious reset for your scalp and nervous system, Hair Spa Braddon and Dong deliver beautifully. I’ll absolutely be back.

Second time seeing the wonderful Anu today who did a fresh lash set and a fabulous facial. I am absolutely glowing right now! I got stopped twice doing groceries on my way home and asked about where I got my lashes done. Anu is always so welcoming and super knowledgeable! If you love having your lashes done and want a tech who’s not only going to give you exactly what you want, but also protect your natural lashes - go see Anu. Location is super central to most of Canberra and there is ample parking in the visitor carpark just out the front of the building!

Best day spa experience in Canberra. Loved the bath house experience, the luxurious lounge room with open fire to drink tea in before and after the treatment. The facial was excellent. Will definitely be back

The welcoming reception, luxurious and clean facilities, the amazing treatments, and gorgeous lounge room - Hale is an incredible day spa, best in Canberra! My therapist Charlen was absolutely incredible. Her massage was the perfect balance of heavy pressure to long releases and the facial she gave me was second to none, it was relaxing and my skin is GLOWING. Cannot wait to go back!

A relaxing spa experience from beginning to end. My skilled therapist Charis, provided a wonderful treatment and a lovely mini facial while I was cocooned, soaking up the lovely oils. After being pampered, the lounge was a lovely warm place to relax on a cold Canberra afternoon.

Just had the most incredible experience at The Scalp Spa Braddon! Seriously, if you're looking to treat yourself, this is it.. this was my first visit and I had the signature scalpcial treatment, and it was heavenly!!. My therapist, Marie, was absolutely amazing! I really enjoy going to T Brows in the Canberra Centre. Today the technician was Jeepal and she was great. I had brow threading and a hybrid eyebrow and lash tint. Jeepal was very gentle and took care in the shape of the tint of my eyebrows. I would definitely ask for Jeepal again.
