Second time seeing the wonderful Anu today who did a fresh lash set and a fabulous facial. I am absolutely glowing right now! I got stopped twice doing groceries on my way home and asked about where I got my lashes done. Anu is always so welcoming and super knowledgeable! If you love having your lashes done and want a tech who’s not only going to give you exactly what you want, but also protect your natural lashes - go see Anu. Location is super central to most of Canberra and there is ample parking in the visitor carpark just out the front of the building!

I had a wonderful experience at Hale Spa and can’t recommend it highly enough, especially Dee, who did my massage and facial. She was exceptional, explaining the process, asking about my preferences, and areas I wanted to focus on. I like a firm massage, and she delivered exactly what I asked for, checking in to ensure the pressure was perfect. It was so relaxing that I fell asleep during the massage. Beyond her skill, Dee was incredibly thoughtful and kind, with a truly beautiful presence that made the experience even more special. One of the best spa experiences I’ve had.

Just had the most incredible day at Hale Spa! Lyn was my therapist, and she was amazing!! I had three treatments, a body wrap, relaxation massage and a facial. Each one was pure bliss. Plus, the Elemis products used were so lovely, I'm definitely going to buy some for home. Thanks for a really beautiful experience! 🥰

Amazing experience at the Scalp Spa in Braddon with Rebecca. It was like a neck/shoulder massage, a facial, a scalp treatment, water therapy and the world’s best head massage all in one. Staff were lovely and knowledgeable, treatment rooms were lux and the whole experience felt decadent and first class. Can’t wait to go back again.

I had a massage and a facial and it was truely lovely and relaxing. The room as comfortable, the products were delicious. The lady who I had was fabulous and loved the Asian inspiration.
