This was the most relaxing morning ive had. The environment was so cosy and welcoming, Katie is amazing at what she does. Katie made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, my hair/scalp feels so refreshed and clean. I enjoyed it so much I booked another appointment there and then. Id 100% recommend.

Excellent relaxing treatment, my wife surprised me with the Athena. I stress and love my head massaged so this was an amazing treat and surprise. Will be sure to have Katia give me a treatment every few months. Worth every penny.

I was really lucky to get a walk-in appointment. CiCi did my hair, and she was amazing. She listened to what I wanted and created a style to suit the in-between phase my hair was in so that it'll grow out well. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Added bonus, they're dog friendly! I'll definitely be going back to Level Hair and Beauty in Ryde again. It's always a little daunting going to a new for the first time, plus a long time; but I can definitely recommend giving Level Hair and Beauty a go. I was very happy! Thanks Level staff and especially CiCi 💯🌟

It was an Experience! There were elements i did not expect, but they all played part in the whole- grounding in the beginning to remind you to relax, gentle, careful body alignment starting with neck and shoulders, muscles connecting them were streched, it contained lymphatic massage and of the face muscles, it was very relaxing, heavenly, skin looked very fresh as a byproduct. The mouth part really useful, it works inside out. Thank you, Katia!

Lydia was very thorough in checking what hairstyle I was aiming for. She also gave the best hair wash & massage I’ve ever had, which was super relaxing. She did a very nice cut & kept checking with me that I was happy throughout. She was very friendly & welcoming too.
