Genevieve is an absolutely lovely human putting me at ease as soon as I walked in the salon. She's very knowledgeable in her field and talked me through every step of the piercing so I knew what to anticipate when. She also took me through aftercare and gave me a the stuff I needed to heal the open wound. The end result is so cute, I'm super happy :)

10/10 for my visit for a spray tan for my holiday. Victoria explained everything in detail and couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the whole process. Lots of after care advice explained which is so important. All the staff were really friendly and a lovely welcoming atmosphere. Overall a really great experience and I will return.
