Her approach to skincare is effective and her facials have genuinely improved my skin. She’s knowledgeable, attentive, and by far the best I’ve seen. Plus, the thoughtful touch of giving a bouquet of flowers on International Women’s Day was a delightful surprise. I’m genuinely enjoying my skin’s progress with her help. This wasn’t my first time going to House of Glam HQ with Natasha and honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She’s so friendly and makes you feel really comfortable, while still being super professional. I had another Halo facial and the results were so worth it. After a few days, my skin looked smoother, clearer, and had such a nice glow. It just feels like you’re actually doing something good for your skin, not just a quick treatment. Would definitely recommend!

Sam is very knowledgeable when it comes to skin types and the facial required for that person based on their skin type. She is very thoughtful with her application, being gentle on the skin and thorough, ensuring the products are applied on all parts of the face. The additional arm massage and neck massage she gives are a special bonus and they feel amazing. My skin feels rejuvenated and fresh! Thank you so much to Sam, I highly recommend her and I too will be coming back for more facials!

Completed my third course of micro needling facial session. Can highly recommend Paula! Very professional, explains everything in detail, as to what the procedure is and what will happen. Paula complete’s a in depth questionnaire about your skin care routine, pre course treatment and gives clear skin care advice for post treatment. I can see visible difference in some deep wrinkles I had concerns with. Highly recommend this treatment with Paula Looking forward to having another treatment with Paula Thank you

It was my first facial with Beatrice and I loved ever minute of it. The whole experience was very relaxing and calming, more like a spa treatment than just a facial. I really enjoyed mini massage that almost put me to sleep. Also, all the products used smelled so lovely - that I felt almost like at aromatherapy. My face right after was slightly red due to extractions - but it was so worth it! My pores seems visibly smaller, cleaner than usual and the skin feels plump and fresh 🖤

Always a special treat to have a Hydrafacial by Beatrice. I’ve made a good self-caring habit this year of having them regularly, and I intend to continue into 2025. My skin looks younger, feels smoother, and I don’t get breakouts of spot or whiteheads like I did. A wonderful experience! I would highly recommend Jentle Therapies. The back, neck and shoulder massage was incredibly relaxing and helped release all the tension I had been carrying.
