Love my lash lift and brow lamination, was nervous about having the brows done as never had a lamination before but Nic answered my questions and put me at ease. Nic is fab too, lovely to chat with. Very happy especially as I got a great deal with the special offer. Would recommend and rebook.

Had a Korean lash lift today and wow! I’ve never seen my lashes like this. They look so long, but defined. Definitely no need for mascara! Feel like I’m going to be addicted to these!

Cherri is a little brow genius. I absolutely love my new brows, so much so I could have crashed my car driving home as I kept looking at them in the mirror 😂😂 jokes ! Cherri talked me through everything and was so lovely. I couldn’t recommend The Brow Loft enough as the place to go if you want fantastic brows.

Went for my top up which I didn’t realise how much I needed until I had my brow retouch .. instantly look 100% better … so pleased yet again and another lovely warm welcome from Cherrie who always puts you at ease and makes you feel like an old friend who cares about your whole experience and the finer details so nothing is left to chance. Would highly recommend this lovely lady to anyone who is looking for wonderful brows!

Another amazing visit with Charlie today! She made my darling boy and favourite child ( my dog) a permanent presence on my body, same as my last visit I was made so welcome and the whole experience is excellent! Next up will be brows because I trust her completely! So lovely to see Charlie again x

What a find! Suzanne was welcoming from the start. She is very professional and experienced. The clinic is super clean and comfortable. I had semi permanent makeup on my brows and she was extremely detailed and would not let me leave until both myself and her were happy with the results. Im already looking to book something else as felt very safe and in good hands.

Absolutely fantastic! I live in Swansea, and it is worth travelling to Cardiff to have treatment in this salon. Suzanne is a really lovely lady who puts you at ease, straightaway. . Today I went for a top-up on my Brows. She made me feel so welcome, we chatted as if we'd been friends for years. I will recommend Suzanne to everyone, she is Professional and very reasonable. Today was my first time meeting Sophie and having my lashes done. Firstly, Sophie is so lovely and down to earth and was so welcoming, making me feel completely comfortable straight away. I explained what kind of lash style I’d like and Sophie could explain what I wanted better than what I could! And the end result was just absolute perfection and the lashes are so light that it doesn’t feel like I’m wearing any! I am super happy with the end result.. I can’t recommend enough! X

Wonderful salon and Lou is a fantastic hairdresser; knowledgeable and professional and very friendly. The atmosphere is always genuinely warm. I have had extensions for several years and I am always delighted with their appearance and the care given to me. Got to add that Lou is the best blow dryer I have ever met. My hair is not the easiest and I always leave the salon smiling.
