Viktoria is always polite and extremely tactful. My nails are very weak and due to the nature of my work they need protection hence having the gel nails. The nails are also very difficult to keep gel extensions but with Victoria's magnificent expertise I don't need to worry about it anymore. Thank you darling for always making my nails beautiful!

I had my first piercing with Olive around 7 months ago and came back today to get my nose pierced. She is absolutely fantastic, talks you through the whole process and makes you feel so comfortable. She's always happy to help if you have any questions or need a check up. I will definitely be back for more!

I visited them on my birthday for their £90 luxury pedicure. Unfortunately, the initial treatment didn’t feel luxurious as there was no foot soak, proper foot massage, or thorough dead skin removal, and my feet still felt rough afterwards. However, I really appreciated how professionally the manager handled my concerns. They offered a discount and invited me back for additional treatment with senior technicians, after which my feet felt genuinely soft and smooth. Great customer service, but the original experience was disappointing for the price.

Olive was fantastic, really put me at ease and talked through every step of what she was about to do and the piercing process, she checked multiple times how I was doing and made sure I was completely happy with everything before going ahead! I recently had two treatments done with Lidia and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I booked a toe shellac with a French finish, followed by BIAB nails with French tips, and both services were absolutely flawless. The whole experience felt very thorough without being rushed. You can tell Lidia takes pride in her work and pays close attention to detail. Highly recommend if you’re looking for high-quality nails and a great overall experience. I’ll definitely be booking again!

Had such a lovely experience today ✨ My BIAB nails and lash lift with Sky turned out amazing—so precise and exactly what I wanted. Sky really took the time to make everything perfect, and the results speak for themselves. Finished it off with a pedicure by Lavena, which was equally great—super relaxing and left my feet feeling brand new. Overall, such a great service from start to finish. Highly recommend 💅

Accident of broken nail that had to be fixed today walked in to ask if broken nail could be fixed as leaving Cardiff first Thing to morning to travel to important family gathering if not fixed would of been in a lot of pain from nail and missing family funeral as had popped to travel last minute Most great ful staff At infinity had space to accommodate my required repair

I came without an appointment and still got my ear pierced Swiftly and Safely, I was walked through the process, made to feel safe and comfortable. Overall I had a very pleasant experience, the Lady that pierced my ear was kind, friendly and did an amazing Job. If your looking for a simple piercing you might be lucky like I was and get it done by walking in, I would get an appointment just to be sure especially if you want smth a lil more elaborate.
