I had the most beautiful hot stone massage yesterday with Lou and I genuinely left feeling like a different person. The treatment itself was incredible. The heat from the stones combined with the pressure was perfect, especially for someone like me who works in a posture-heavy job. I could feel the tension melting away. Every movement felt intentional and intuitive, and I left feeling deeply relaxed but also lighter and more aligned. Susan greeted me warmly and welcomed me in to the treatment room, which was peaceful and relaxing. After a chat and an examination of my posture, she explained what she planned to do as part of the treatment. The treatment couch was very comfortable. The treatment was excellent - the pressure of the massage was just right to deal with my aches and pains, and I felt that Susan worked hard on the knots in my neck but at no time was it painful. This morning, I had woken and feel less tension and feel that I really benefitted from the session. I will definitely book again.
