What a find! Suzanne was welcoming from the start. She is very professional and experienced. The clinic is super clean and comfortable. I had semi permanent makeup on my brows and she was extremely detailed and would not let me leave until both myself and her were happy with the results. Im already looking to book something else as felt very safe and in good hands.

Such a lovely afternoon ☺️ I felt very relaxed and well looked after. Every step of the process was clearly explained and then carried out. We had a great natter and i left with beautifuleyebrows 🥰 Cherri is very knowledgeable and experienced and you can tell she's very passionate about what she does as she explains what's she's doing at every point and why. Absolutely fantastic! I live in Swansea, and it is worth travelling to Cardiff to have treatment in this salon. Suzanne is a really lovely lady who puts you at ease, straightaway. . Today I went for a top-up on my Brows. She made me feel so welcome, we chatted as if we'd been friends for years. I will recommend Suzanne to everyone, she is Professional and very reasonable. I can’t recommend Cherrie highly enough! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease with her warm, welcoming personality. She’s so friendly and chatty that the whole appointment flew by, and I felt relaxed throughout. I first had my eyebrows done by Cherrie three years ago, and the results have been amazing.
