I’ve been a longtime client for makeup and waxing services. However, I finally took the step and got the microblading service done for my eyebrows. Tarin was so thorough! She explained everything before we got started and answered any questions I had. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the service and honestly (as someone who isn’t the most comfortable with needles) it was pretty painless. My brows are gorgeoussss and I couldn’t be happier!

Sooo…. I had the very sweet and quiet Junie on Saturday and it was such a good experience. Junie was soooogentle that I fell asleep while she waxed me 😂😂😂 I feel like Junie is such a great additional to the island serenity family! Can’t wait to come back again 😁

Where to start??? I haven’t been well for the past couple weeks so I was only exfoliating once a week or when I felt like it. Moving on, my appointment was today and I had some ingrowns as expected and a couple black heads due to my inconsistency. nonetheless, my wax went smoothly and I loved the new wax we used today! I hardly felt a thing. If you didn’t take anything from this…just know that exfoliating and moisturizing is extremely important in your waxing journey.

I had been considering laser hair removal for a few years but shied away due to the cost and fear of it hurting. When Aunty Tash told me she was offering laser I knew she was someone I could trust to make it as comfortable as possible. Though it did sting a bit, all of the cooling processes she used helped so much. I had very minimal redness, bumps or pain during and after. It was no where near as painful or intense as I thought it would be and would arguably say waxing hurts more. I can’t wait for my next session and highly recommend laser to anyone considering trying! You will not regret it.

This was so good that Karla had me sleeping on the massage table! I truly can't recall when last my body and nervous system felt this calm. I loved the patience and the time that was taken to get to know likes and dislikes, that was refreshing. The spa was beautiful, comfortable and clean i liked that, I even fell asleep during my chin and brow waxing, now who does that during a waxing, that only shows how good Al is that one can sleep while hair is being ripped from ones face. I had such a great experience! She was kind enough to fit me in at the last minute, which I really appreciated. She took her time shaping my brows and did an amazing job, I absolutely love how they turned out! The most painless eyebrow wax I have ever had and I have been getting my eyebrows waxed for a long time. Ghea asked questions and paid attention to every little detail and even gave me a brow brush at the end! Highly highly recommend.
