We got a facial , threading and waxing walk- in appt. Bhoni did most of the work. She was very professional and her facial tech were traditional. She did waxing too and certainly knew what she was doing. However, the salon was not clean at all. One could see hair almost everywhere and on everything. The nail section was dusty , the floor was full of chopped hair. The facial room’s music was too loud.the lights were working. They charged quite a heavy amount , but the feel of customer-importance was missing. The noise from the reception very frequently disrupted the facial room.

I have treatments from Cheryl every 5 to 6 weeks,be that a facial, leg wax or pedicure, most of the time all of them at the same time. She has looked after me for 10 years now and I sincerely hope she will do so for the next 10 years!! I absolutely love Jamalouki Hair and Beauty Salon. I was recommended by our landlord's agency and am forever grateful! I personally see Inass and she has transformed my hair in a little over a year in a half. I have always had hair loss issues and my hair is healthy, strong and always done well. All of the stylists here are warm and welcoming and it's definitely a family run place, which makes it cozy and comfortable. Inass has become like family to me as I overcame a severe illness. The other services they provide are waxing, massages, nails, etc. Highly highly recommend Jamlouki!
