She talked me through every step of the process, explaining what she was doing and what to expect, which made me feel completely comfortable. The service was truly exceptional. Highly recommend! I’ve been lucky enough to be treated by Neelam for well over a year now, starting with waxing and moving on to laser, which has been a game changer! I’ve always had extremely dark hair and had the struggle of ingrowns and irritation for years, since I’ve started laser hair removal I’ve had barely any ingrowns, my hair is much finer and lighter and my skin overall much smoother. I now feel comfortable and confident enough to wear a bikini on holiday and not worry about rashes or covering myself up. Neelam has always made me feel relaxed and I know I can trust her to get the best results!
