Very professional and thorough with Assessment and treatment. Charlie is knowledgeable which showed when he asked me about CES which gave me great confidence in him as so many Health Professionals have no idea what you're talking about, even in a Doctor/Hospital environment? I booked my next appointment for a weeks time in the run up to my next back surgery and am looking forward to the mix of strength training and Sports Massage on a regular basis. The hard work starts here! Thanks Charlie.🤩

This was a great experience. It was my first time having a sport massage and Gary made me feel very comfortable through the process. It was great that I was able to access this service from the comfort of my own home. He explained what he was doing and tailored the appointment to my specific needs. I will definitely be booking again in the future and have already recommended to my friends and family.

Charlie is THE man! Charlie, was professional and made me feel at ease right away! He listened to the issue I had and took his time to find out where the problem was. The sports massage he gave was amazing, to the point when I went to leave the pressure on my back had eased so much! I’m a fitness instructor so my back is crucial to me and even after nearly 10 hours into the day I feel so much better and it’s only been one session. Would highly recommend Charlie.

I saw Charlie for an issue I have had in my shoulder. I am glad I did! I immediately felt at ease with Charlie. The treatment involved a exercises to check my mobility and some massage and manipulation to the effected area. My neck and shoulders felt looser and mobility was improved after treatment. I would recommend a treatment with Charlie if you have a sports injury or similar.

Great massage, with good advice on stretches and supplements to help my body recover better :)

I had a really bad neck and shay fixed it with acupuncture, manipulation and massage. Highly recommend!
