Was nervous before going in, but was made to feel really welcome and kaylee answered any questions. Got kitted out in the gear and got brave and entered the chamber. Unsure why I was so nervous, the experience was fine. Felt a little like being in a freezer but not overpowering with the temperature. As soon as the 3 minutes finished, I felt incredibly fresh, I felt like my body had a total reset and I felt incredibly positive about everything. I didn’t feel cold at all. I can’t honestly recommend the is treatment enough. I’m hopeful it is going to help with my knee injury.

As always. Amazing

I tried no gloves today, to target my arthritic fingers. It felt pretty hardcore whilst I was in there but afterwards and now they feel fantastic. I'm looking forward to seeing how this week at work gardening feels.

Had another session but upped the intensity to max this time... got out feeling fresh and invigorated and shoulders feel better already.... highly recommend this for anyone with arthritis or inflammation or

Loving these weekly sessions! If anyone is considering this but is unsure, just try it once..I promise you'll feel great and be hooked.

Another mind blowing session! My husband and I came for a couples treatment today, my husband's first time. He was unsure before he went in and came out a changed man, he loved it! Within 5 minutes of getting out he noticed that his shoulder (an old motocross injury) felt much better and is now talking about going weekly...boom! Thank you, loved it!

This was my first time and I absolutely loved it! It was such a good experience from start to finish. I feel amazing and am booked in next week for a couples cryo with my husband!

I went to the chamber after my leg day and it felt so good! Felt so refreshed afterwards and didn’t feel the soreness at all and the nap afterwards was great. Kayley is such a nice person, very informative too. Will be back for more :)

Upped the intensity today and could definitely feel the difference whilst in the chamber, looking forward to a better nights sleep than normal , definitely worth giving this a try 🥶🙌
