Amazing experience from start to finish. Booked for couples package with my mum and the girls Steph, Leigh and Linda who we’re looking after us were absolutely fantastic. Steph and Leigh were so knowledgeable about products that suit our skin type and Linda on the reception at spa really just made us feel so relaxed making sure we had everything we needed. Facilities were also amazing. Would definitely be back, cant wait for next visit. Thank you.

Feedback is in 2 parts - the spa treatment area was amazing and my therapist (Izzy) was quite outstanding- I really enjoyed my treatment from start to finish. However, to get our lunch, we had to walk about areas of the hotel shared with wedding guests and members of the general public, wearing just bath robes, and this felt a little bit odd and detracted somewhat from the overall experience of the day. It might be better if lunch could be taken within the Spa area itself for day spa/spa package guests, which would remove the need to venture into public areas in bath robes?

My Mum and I had a lovely spa package experience. Staff all very friendly and lovely new spa facilities. We also thought the lynch at the restaurant was very good. Would definitely recommend!

I cannot say how amazing the experience at the spa was today! The lady on the desk who’s name I didn’t get was fantastic upselling the package and booking us in and showing us around. Xian Yain was such an amazing masseuse and really got the beat out of my treatment! Thank you just what was needed and more

The facilities were beautiful and clean, but the highlight was definitely the lady spa host who made our experience so special. From her warm greetings to guiding us through the facilities, and even the little chats we had when she passed by, she truly embodied the spirit of the spa. This was by far the best spa experience I have had Rosie gave me a swedish massage and I am so chilled. All of the team were lovely made us feel welcome. I came with a friend who I am visiting for the weekend. I will defiantly visit again when I am in Scotland 🥰

We had an amazing day at the spa. Reason for good instead of great is we weren't happy with choices of food for afternoon tea or 2 course set lunch option. Only other negative was that the floor by the poolside/spa area was very slippy in our spa slippers and we did have a few near misses.

Myself & my sister attended the Aura Spa (March) and both of our therapists were amazing! I had a full body massage which was genuinely the best massage I have ever received - the beds are heated and so comfortable and my therapist was very thorough during an initial quick consultation & throughout the entire massage, really focusing on my problem areas. My sister received the ESPA 55 min facial & said it was such a soothing experience including a head and neck massage, & the therapist gave her a full list of the products used at the end of treatment, her skin is glowing & brighter!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Spa facilities are excellent, staff are welcoming and friendly. Hero Treatment (couples suite) with Afternoon Tea was a much needed treat for my husband and I. Relaxed, replenished and with full tummies Highly recommend.

Very nice spa, loved the outdoor jacuzzi, just a few aspects of the facial let it down, there were some times when just fingers held on face in different areas.....didn't add much. Facial massage not sttimg enough, more like stroking. But nice treatment overall and vey professional therapist. Really need conditioner in the showers....just had to do that when I came home as couldn't get a brush through my hair. I never like a body wash and shampoo combined to be honest.

Fabulous experience. Facial was Devine as was my therapist Shona. We come here often for the overnight spa package. I would highly recommend it.

Had the replenish package with pregnancy massage. The afternoon tea was fab and the massage was incredible and so relaxing as always. Facilities all sparkling and great service as always. Staff are all so lovely and helpful x

My husband and I opted for the replenish package and upgraded to lunch instead of afternoon tea and we were not disappointed. The staff in the spa were so friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our treatments. I felt that the whole spa was really a cut above others that I have been to and the hydrotherapy pool with stunning views was a highlight. Lunch staff were equally lovely and food was tasty although a bit too salty for our palate. I'd highly recommend this experience to anyone and look forward to returning at some point in the future.

We booked for a package that included a 55 minute treatment, use of the facilities and an afternoon tea. We upgraded to the spa lunch. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, from start to finish we loved every minute.

We absolutely loved the luxury feel, decor and facilities at the Aura spa today. The staff treatments and products used were all 5 star. The afternoon tea which was part of our spa package was also excellent with lovely soft bread and ample varied sandwich fillings. The warm scones and sausage rolls were a pleasant touch and the top tier of little cakes and desserts were again varied and delicious. Bowfield and their Aura spa have got it spot on and I’ll definitely book again.

Being a mum to 3 boys can be hard so I decided to have a complete "me day" and booked a spa package. It was amazing and definitely what the doctor ordered! Linda at reception was so lovely and helpful and put me right at ease (as I was a little nervous going in myself) I used all the facilities then had a facial by Laura. She was superb and made me feel so comfortable! The treatment she gave me was out of this world. I've never felt so relaxed! Will definitely recommend this place and looking forward to returning.

Great DBB spa and afternoon tea package. Treatment was lovely and facilities great. Sandra on front desk was very welcoming. We had a phone call in advance about or treatments from one of the team as my phone message had no been received for some reason, I felt this lady was a little snappy on the phone and it did not fit in with the relaxing pre visit vibe Our party also thought that our 55 minutes of treatment included was not clearly explained at booking or on website,we all chose a 55 min treatment only to be told we only had a choice of 3 massages, which we felt was a shame. Will return
