I booked a head spa treatment unsure of what to expect. Many people say they are just an expensive hair wash. That is not the case. I was greated by lovely staff who offered me a drink while I waited for my appointment. They then explained everything that would happen and asked me if I had any concerns of which there were none. For over an hour I was treated to various hair and scalp treatments including deep head massage and also neck and shoulder massage. Afterwards I was offered another drink then my hair was blow dried as I liked it. Would highly recommend

I have been having my nails done by Rebecca for a few months now and, after trying most salons in Chester, I can honestly say this place is the best. The attention to detail and care taken over each nail is impressive. I can’t go anywhere else now as the quality here is amazing!

Morgans Chester is fantastic. If your worried about seeing someone about your hair because it is thinning and you want to lpok at different solution then please do book in with Rebecca. She is extremely experienced puts you at ease, and doesnt push you. She guides you, so you can achieve your best look. Best thing I ever did was seeing Rebecca. All the staff are so nice and welcoming and Claire is lovely- very knowledgeable and she really put me at ease during my first visit- this was my second time at the Chester branch with my husband, to collect my first topper. Amazing experience. The head spa was so relaxing, comfy bed and lovely room. The products use smelt amazing. My hair feels so clean and my head feels light. Will deffenatly be having it done again

After hair regrowth after Chemotherapy treatment, , the “Hair reborn” charity which Morgan’s have, helped me to deal with and advise the style and shape of my new hair growth which can be difficult to deal with. Claire was very knowledgable and it felt a safe and welcoming space. Excellent.

I had a very pleasant morning at Morgan's choosing a new wig and some hair coverings. The member of staff took a lot of time and trouble showing me different wigs and checking the colour and fit. And the store is an attractive spa e too.

Took my friend for her wig after treatment, Claire gave her 5 star experience and made her feel so special at this vulnerable time. The wig is amazing and her NHS voucher covered the cost, thanks for giving Tracy her sparkle back xx
