Another fantastic massage, I opted for the Relaxing massage and that’s exactly what I received. Firm enough to banish knots but not too firm to cause pain. Just what was needed on a Sunday afternoon

Only came in for a patch test for my lash appointment coming up and wow Paola was amazing and gave me loads of information about my skin and what I should be using. I can’t wait to come here for my actual appointment, it’s a beautiful space and Paola is so knowledgeable!!

When having my eyebrows done I was amazed at how natural they look the whole experience was so relaxing from start to finish I felt really comfortable, and relaxed enough to fall asleep why having it done, I wouldn’t say it was really painful there was some discomfort at times but no where near as painful as I thought it would be. Paola made me feel at ease it was very clinical I could see that cleanliness is high on her agenda. I couldn’t fault it. I would definitely like to re book for a massage and facial thank you so much you have a beautiful spa that smells amazing. You did an amazing job

This was my first time using the pressure suit (not sure if that’s its real name) so wasn’t sure of what to expect, if you enjoy a squeeze (tight cuddles) then I would recommend it, Paola’s was very informative and advised on all the benefits of the treatments and what to expect. Next time I would possible look at having a face/head massage at the same time as the tranquil sounds playing, provided a relaxing environment. Glam and Glow Beauty Lab provided a welcoming and enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend visiting them. Loved it. Thank you

Great experience, i had the maintenance package and the thai deep tissue was just the right amount of pressure and without even mentioning my problem tight areas the masseuse spent extra time on them to fully release the muscles. i cant rate them highly enough.

Absolutely brilliant massage by skilled and graceful therapists that really know how to give an amazing treatment. So thorough in their approach and very professional and in such a beautiful environment too. The 2 hour package really is perfect for deep relaxation.

Peung (my masseus) was amazing. I’ve never experienced such a worthwhile and outstanding full body firm massage and I’ve had oooh about a hundred in my life! I indulged myself in a 2 hour massage and it has worked wonders . There was not a single muscle that didn’t enjoy a full massage and I cannot wait to return. Having a Thai massage is a little different to a “typical” spa massage involving stretching and some manipulation but it is still a very relaxing procedure and once you do it you’ll never look back! My only suggestion is that there is a small comfortable waiting area for guests

My lashes and brows look the bomb! Paola's studio is so clean and welcoming, she always makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. Can't wait to book in with her again :)
