Emma was so kind and welcoming, inviting me into her home for my treatment. I’d won a gift voucher for a back, neck and shoulder massage that she had generously donated as a prize at the local bingo. This was my first ever massage, and Emma made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed, which isn’t easy for me as a mum of two who rarely gets the chance to switch off! I'd been unable to return to Naturally Serene for a couple of weeks (was a [financially] *long* ol' January...); & my back sure had noticed/protested! SO glad to be back/have this space. Although I'd not been feeling @ 100% (beforehand)...the session CLEARLY, as always, was beneficial 'n made a difference. THANK YOU as ever Justine, you're a gem!
