Excellent, the best one yet. Liza was very reassuring from the onset. It became very obvious she knew what she was doing without being an overbearingly know all. Quietly confident and sympathetic to her client was her forte. Will definitely arrange a massage next time I’m in Llandudno!

Had a lovely few days at Bodysgallen. Great hotel with plentiful and personable staff. The building is full of historical connections and has several comfortable public rooms, ideal for relaxing or reading. The gardens and the spa are on your doorstep and are really well maintained and add to the overall experience. Location wise, Bodnant garden and Llandudno are both within 15 mins drive.

Havnt had a back exfoliation for sometime forgot how good it feels - might have to book another !!

Another fabulous treatment from Sophia. Highly recommend microneedling, Sophia explains everything and is professional at all times, you leave feeling on a high. ☺️

Spa treatment then Sunday lunch. Spa treatment was enjoyable and the Sunday lunch was really good especially for the price. Greeted at the door and seated with a panoramic view and the food did not disappoint . It’s not fine dining at its best but for a Sunday lunch the meal was truly satisfying and to a good standard We were attended at the table efficiently and courteously then we took advantage of a a stroll through the traditional country manor gardens. Great example of walled gardens with beautifully cordoned fruit trees along the walls. We need to visit much more frequently .

My skin feels absolutely incredible. So smooth, fresh, and glowing. The dermaplaning itself was gentle and thorough, and the added deluxe elements made it feel like such a luxurious treat. It wasn’t just a treatment, it was a full pampering experience. Even without wearing makeup, my skin looks so much brighter, clearer, and healthier. I left feeling confident, refreshed, and genuinely glowing.

I had the most amazing back, neck and shoulders massage and I honestly feel like a new person! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely relaxed and welcomed. The atmosphere was calm and soothing, and the whole experience was just what I needed. The treatment itself was incredible. The perfect balance of firm pressure and relaxation. All the tension I’d been holding in my shoulders and neck just melted away, and I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and completely de-stressed. Ceri is a lovely friendly lady putting you at ease straight away. The room is very calming and gives a relaxed atmosphere. The massage was fabulous getting to all the niggling aches that have been an issue for a while. I would thoroughly recommend Ceri to anyone with back issues or even to just treat yourself to some ‘me’ time.
