The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

First visit. Lorenza made me very welcome. Bubbly, chatty but not needing to talk constantly, happy with silence. Lovely pedicure and perfect gel. Excellent eyebrow shaping. Will definitely be going back to her again

Edina is so welcoming and does such a good job. I have been visiting perfect pear for the last 8 months and I would never go anywhere else. I have had some negative experiences in other places in Southampton, but never here. Appointments never run behind, staff are lovely and it’s clean and my wax is always perfect.

I always feel so welcome as soon as I walk in through the door. Hollie is so lovely and friendly. I always love leaving refreshed and pampered after having my brows and lashes done. I wouldn't trust anyone else with them! Thankyou Hollie! :)

Love how Ellis does my brows, she is my go to person as I always leave feeling good about how they look. The tint is the perfect shade and she is so good at threading. Thank you! My 14 year old now has hers done to and she loves hers to, the tint and wax shape.

Jo really listened to what I wanted and offered great advice and different look to try. My lashes look so good and last really well. Love my brows so much. Jess was so lovely and informative of what she was doing - I was really worried they would look too bushy but she listened to what I asked and made them perfect. I was worried they would be too dark but she assured me the tint would fade and I’m day 2 now and literally obsessed with the outcome. Im now a forever returning customer!! 🤍 Also brownie points for the cutest doggie everrrrr xxx
