One thing about Beauty Collective is that their clients’ satisfaction comes first! Sarah has religiously always done my brows because she knows how I like them done however, this time she was not able to see me. I was left in the very capable hands of Mecayla who just started at the salon. She was super friendly and has ample experience. My treatments were amazing, especially the head massage during my dermaplaning. Sarah also checked in to make sure I was well taken care of because she knows how I am about my brows. I cannot wait to return when I’m back in Cape Town! Thank you xx

Best nail tech ever! I have been to so many and never happy, my gel comes off or my nails become weak. But with Jenna, my nails are so strong still after doing my nails for so long, because she takes extra care to not damage your nails while doing a manicure. I really can recommend her, amazing work 👏

my favourite nail tech thus far, she’s the full package. who doesn’t love a nail tech who’s good at her job, cares about meticulous execution & facilitates a good yap session ?! i did the cats eye this time and i honestly wish it was socially acceptable to walk around waving my nails in peoples faces all the time but alas i resort to incessantly asking people to “look at my nails 😁”

This was one of the best experiences I've had at this branch. The ladies welcoming me were lovely and helpful. Able to advise and a good support to the nail techs. My nail tech, Precious, was attentive and friendly. She had wonderful technique that didnt hurt my nails when doing the soak off. She also cut and shaped my nails to perfection, taking her time to ensure my nails were all shaped the same, and got rid of any rough edges. My cuticles were also done with care, in the past I've been cut, but Precious was gentle and attentive

Actually my nails look amazing, but I noticed this evening I have a chip on the one nail. Strange though because I didn't do anything that could have chipped it. I will probably pop in on Saturday if you're available. Otherwise my brows,lip and chin beautifully waxed. 🤩

Wow! What a stunning salon. As soon as I walked in I was calm and felt ready to be pampered. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. My nail technician Amber was an absolute joy, she made me feel comfortable and taken care of. She also did such a beautiful job on my nails, taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted and I left so happy with my new set. She is truly a talented beautician. I had such a wonderful experience at Beauty Network Spa. Saskia is an amazing lady - kind, friendly, warm & made me feel very comfortable. It was my first time having my nails done professionally and Saskia answered all my questions and put my mind at ease by debunking some nail myths. Got my first acrylic set removed by Shamima and she was fantastic. Truely took so much care into my nails and made sure that they were removed safely. I've had rushed and painful soak off experiences by other nail techs causing me to have sensitive and even painful nails for a few weeks. She even re-painted one of my nails after I accidentally smudged it. Poise and Polish is my new 'go-to' spot and I'm so happy I found them. Excellent service and staff who are so welcoming and warm.

I had booked the wrong nails for my daughter (gel overlay instead of gel tips) and they didn't have the correct technician available for this and her matric dance was the next day!
