Portia is super friendly and always delivers exactly what I want. The quality of her nail work is impeccable. It lasts for weeks. I used to go to Boa and the polish was off the next week. I booked this Gel Royal Hands for my sister and her manicurist added the cat eye detail. Nails were done beautifully but manicurist added the detail without informing her that this would add another R110 to the bill. This was her first time getting her nails done with BOA,this was our 40th Birthday twin sister date. So to get to the pay point and to realise that the bill is higher than what was initially booked was extremely off putting.
