The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Mo is absolutely amazing. Goes out of her way to make you feel safe and comfortable. The treatment room is a cosy nook that makes you feel calm right from the start. She has absolutely magic hands - whether it's reflexology to help me manage all my issues, or Indian head to melt away weeks worth of stress. Leyon is a skilled and deeply knowledgeable practitioner. I can't rate him highly enough. I've been to several sports massage therapists over the years, but he's been head and shoulders over everyone else in diagnosing and working with me to sort out many issue.

Jac’s 60-minute head spa and massage was incredible from start to finish. She was so warm and welcoming, and the relaxing treatment room with calming music and a heated bed instantly put me at ease. The treatment itself was unbelievably soothing — the warm water, gentle touch, and beautiful cherry blossom oils made me completely lose track of time. Every detail felt thoughtful and professional, right down to the homemade cookie at the end. I’ve already booked my next visit and can’t recommend Jac enough!

I had never had reflexology before but Reflex-age was a great introduction to it as it started with a head, neck and shoulder massage first which helped relax me before the foot reflexology. As always, I cannot recommend Michelle more!!!

Really enjoyed my massage, I like that it’s tailored to my needs based on a quick chat before the massage begins. The mixture of neck/shoulder massage, head massage and reflexology was amazing. Karen has healing hands and a lovely set up to increase the relaxation. I will recommend to friends and family!

Phenomenal experience from start to finish. The session began with a deeply relaxing back massage and seamlessly transitioned into an incredible Indian head massage. I have just had a wonderful reflexology session that left me feeling relaxed, balanced, and refreshed. The atmosphere was calming, and Sylvia was skilled and attentive. I noticed tension release almost instantly and left feeling lighter and renewed. Highly recommend! I'm really looking forward to my next appointment

Melissa was very friendly. Had a facial & indian head massage. Compared to others the price was great. Facial itself was very relaxing & included a hand & arm massage which was a nice touch! Reasons for 4 stars 1: temp in treatment room/salon was very warm (don’t think there was air con) 2: the music would play one spa song & then you would get a random ad thrown in, you just get relaxed and in the mood then have a window ad or someone rambling on about insurance. Despite this I would return. Small suggestions Switch the music to a cd/music subscription & add a fan & it would be 5+ stars!
