I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Great experience overall, great facility, great staff who are very knowledgeable & attentive, I left feeling like a new man. I had the Red Light Therpay, IV drip with a B12 boost and finished with a Cyro session. Highly recommended to check this out if you're in Birmingham

I had both a vitamin D and biotin injection, and Lilly was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain all the benefits of each one - which I really appreciated. She made sure I felt comfortable before and after the injections, and took care to open everything in front of me so I could see that it was fresh and sterile. The whole experience was so professional yet friendly, and I left feeling great. I’ll definitely be coming back thank you so much for a positive experience!

I came in for a blow-dry the added brow shaping and couldn’t be happier with the results. My hair looked sleek and full of volume, and my brows were shaped beautifully natural but defined. The staff were kind, professional, and made me feel really comfortable. Highly recommend!
