I have been using service such as dark circles under eyes and botox since February 2024 and I still coming back to Hannah. Hannah is so professional and friendly. She has never try to suggest me to do what I don't need. Because she is well experienced in aesthetics treatments so she know the best area to injection for good results. Another amazimg experience. From having my skin repaired to fixing my nose that I have always hated and thought there was no way to fix it except via surgery. With a bit of filler i now have the nose I have always wanted As usual Kyomi was patient and very helpful,put me at ease so much, that i went ahead with it there and then. I've had over five treatments at this clinic so far, and I've always had a great experience. The practitioner is friendly, professional, and always makes me feel comfortable. She's great to talk to during appointments and is clearly very knowledgeable and skilled at what she does. One thing I particularly appreciate is how approachable and responsive she is if I have any questions or concerns after a treatment. It's reassuring to know that support is available if needed. I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

Hannah was fab, she explained the procedure and the procedure went well and a lot quicker than I anticipated. I was pleased with the result. I had poly nucleotides injection under my eyes for the dark circles and a combi brow semi permanent make up treatment. I’ll definitely be going back to Hannah for further treatments.
