Had a lovely evening and treatment with the beautiful Nasri - very relaxing and informative - seen a reduction in an inch or two on the treated area of my tummy, really happy I tried it and will be coming back for more, overall a pleasant experience!

Great experience overall, great facility, great staff who are very knowledgeable & attentive, I left feeling like a new man. I had the Red Light Therpay, IV drip with a B12 boost and finished with a Cyro session. Highly recommended to check this out if you're in Birmingham

I have completed a 10 session oxygen therapy and 4 sessions of part cryotherapy to reduce my nostrils inflammation. And I can definitely see the health improvements. Not just the inflammation reduction but also increased vitality and energy level. I enjoyed every time when I came to the Active centre. The staff is very welcoming, professional and friendly. Friendly, trustworthy, and such an amazing range of treatments. I’ve been using this practice for over 2 years and I’m amazed at the results. The combination of treatments and expertise from the team has really made a difference to my skin and appearance - I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

A wonderful head spa with Lera. What a beautiful soul she is. She took great care of me and my sister for her birthday treat. Explained everything and made the whole experience so enjoyable. We nearly cancelled due to our Saturday booking having to be rescheduled and losing out on the cancelled train fare but I didn't want to break my promise to my sister. I was told by Dionne the manager that is said in black bold caps on the website that they don't take head spa appointments on Saturdays. After our call ,I checked again and there were no black bold caps saying this. Not a great response!
