I received incredible service from Prép and a wonderful lash and brow tint from the lovely Marina — both were amazing as always! However, something in the salon has changed. For the first time in two years, no one offered me tea or water, and the receptionist didn’t seem very welcoming or attentive to the order of my appointments. I really hope the salon brings back pedicures — they truly have the most comfortable chairs in all of Vancouver!

Quite honestly the best massage I have ever had. Yumi read my muscle tension to the tee and the pressure was PERFECT for the entire treatment. I wish I would have found this place sooner as am not from Vancouver and this will be my last trip here for a while. Only thing that caught me off guard was the level of static in the massage table dressings. Pre and post massage experience were phenomenal.

My experience was absolutely wonderful! Rina was incredibly sweet, and the massage was both relaxing and refreshing. I also really enjoyed chatting with her about Japan and sharing some of my own stories—it made the visit feel even more special. The hospitality and service were outstanding. If I’m ever in Vancouver again, I would definitely come back!

Today I had a manicure course with Elena, the manager of Euro Nails in Vancouver, and I’m truly so happy and satisfied with the experience. Elena was incredibly patient and supportive — she spent so much time with me and explained everything in detail, step by step, until the end of the class. Elena and her husband were very kind and supportive. Taking this course was definitely one of the best choices I’ve made for my career, and I feel lucky to have learned from such a professional and kind person. This is by far the best waxing experience I’ve had in a long time! Having moved to Vancouver from Western Australia in March, I’ve been really nervous about finding a new salon to go to as I’ve had MANY bad experiences in the past. Sam COMPLETELY changed that for me. She was amazing. SO quick and I have absolutely zero complaints. Left with an eyebrow massage and a free chai tea! (I got home about 10 minutes ago so that’s how happy I am with the service!) Even the warm welcome at reception was amazing! Thanks SO much! I have never tried any other lash lift services in Vancouver and honestly, I'd hesitate going anywhere else because of the care and excellent service I've been getting from Zin! My eye area is extremely sensitive but I've never had post-treatment pain or discomfort when I go for my lashlift at Unique Lash Lift and Brow. And Zin's hands are so light and gentle, I can easily doze off throughout my session every single time. I know I need to come back again soon!

You would be blessed to come across her and have her as your lash artist…she is a pioneer in the Vancouver lash industry, she is always up to date with celebrity lash looks, and she honestly can achieve any lash look you desire! She is usually booked for a month in advance, but she is so worth it!

The owner Annik has curated a beautiful little shop in downtown vancouver/gastown, on a quiet street she stands alone but offers so many incredible services and products in her store front making her a big fish in her location. very calm and willing to take time to listen to clients. very happy with my service,and i look forward to future visits
