They were incredibly kind and welcoming from start to finish. The nail technician was very skilled and worked surprisingly fast without compromising the quality. My nails turned out exactly how I wanted, and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back 😘

My nails are gorgeous! I don’t recommend waiting 6 weeks in between but I did and my gel was not lifting or chipping at all!!

I had such an incredible experience at Line Spa and Polish. Both Helen and Hannah did my nails (I had a gel pedicure and manicure). They both were incredibly sweet and I haven't received customer service like this in a while. They made sure I was comfortable and that I liked my nails (the shape, colour, etc); they even changed colours for me when I realized it I didn't love the original colour I chose. I really appreciated their attention to detail and ensuring they were delivering a good service. Absolutely would recommend and will be back :).

It was my first time. Good experience overall. Hopefully my nails last for a while this time. Nail technician was really nice and gentle. In the future would love the card process fee gone and add a coffee machine 💕

Amazing nail place! Great comparable prices. Also when Lily has done my nails they always last. I am a nurse and do a lot of handwashing/ cooking. I’ve been going for 6 months and the team is friendly and great.

Overall, a good experience with a few areas for improvement. I like the way my nails turned out. I got the Gel-X nails snd one of the nails was applied slightly crooked. It wasn’t something that I noticed until I got home. I also was surprised I didn’t get a hand massage as on my last service here I did receive one. I think the main area for improvement was around handling gift certificates. The g/c was in my Fresha account so I thought it would be easy to apply, but it took almost 15 minutes for 3 people (including the owner) to figure out how to apply it towards my service.

The absolute best lashes in town. I have been seeing Nana for my lashes and nails for years! So happy to see her new store it’s beautiful and so relaxing. Ayana just did my lashes and they were amazing. She was so gentle and they look perfect. Plus Nana’s dog Luna is the cutest!!

Got my nails and pedi done yesterday by JOY and I’m seriously so happy with the results 💅✨ Everything was done so cleanly - especially the cuticle care, which was super neat and precise. You can really tell they paid attention to every little detail. The color turned out beautiful and the finish is absolutely perfect! Definitely coming back again :)

Ella did fabulous work on my nails. My last experience was disappointing done a month ago. Unfortunately I had to travel for 2 weeks immediately after. I had texted the manager soon after my appointment last month but I couldn’t return for a redo as I was away. My nails were already peeling and the workmanship was not up to par. This time I am very happy with a redo by Ella! Thank you!
