Saren is wonderful and sweet! She understands my chronic pain issues with weak core muscles due multiple MVA's and childbirth. She recommended various treatments to help strengthen and develop my muscles so that I can become stronger and not overcompensate for my injuries. I am relaxed and feel great after each treatment. Conveniently located in downtown, her clinic is easily accessible, full of natural sunlight and a cozy ambience in which she can build a 1 on 1 plan for you and help you on your healing journey!

It was my very first time doing this so I was a bit nervous but Saren was very warm and welcoming. The location is great and the room cozy. The interesting fact was that there are so many uses for EMS! I didn't realize that this could actually help my body strengthen some core muscled since having injuries from 8 car accidents. It was great to know that Saren understood where I was coming from. The treatment itself was very relaxing and not painful at all. I really enjoyed it and will definitely be coming back for more!

I did the ab treatment and was super relaxed! I played on my phone and listened to music the whole time. She gave me free light therapy during my first two sessions and then I went on the shaker thing after. The visible results aren't super huge right yet, but I feel so much lighter it feels like you had a big workout without the aches and sweat. I also got a motivational water bottle with a bunch of goodies and samples inside. She also gives you bottled water and tea to take home every session. I really enjoyed it.

It was a very comfortable and pleasant experience. They made sure that the process was relaxing for me. I even got an aftercare kit with instructions and a few goodies after the session.

I felt super comfortable with Fernanda, the place was clean and cozy, and she provided an amazing experience. The lymphatic massage was excellent and gave me so much relief from swelling!

I've seen so much improvement. I've probably had about 20 appointments by now and I feel so much stronger. I use the student discount card to get my packages for much less. The student prices aren't on the app, so you have to tell them when you're in the office. This place is always so clean and smells so amazing. There's an awesome view of the butterfly building across the street. I've really seen a change in my mood and energy since I've been going. I've mainly been getting the EM slim but I've also used the cavitation to reduce my fat. I highly recommend this place. They're so nice too!
