Always a full star rating with Paula! Great banter, great laughs, fantastic lashes! I have been having keratin lash lifts for 5 years; nearly 3 of which have been with Paula. I get compliments every day, and they are long and healthy and oh so dramatic the days I decide to add mascara.

Paula does a beautiful job with my lashes, and is always helpful and attentive when any issues arise (eg, fixing any asymmetries). I feel so comfortable and relaxed in her studio—usually to the point of falling asleep! 😌
