Intimate waxing isn't the most pleasant procedure, but Megan makes me feel completely comfortable, relaxed, and at ease right from the moment I walk in. I usually do my facials with Rayana but she wasnt in and I was a little skeptical to book with another beautician. Rue was amazing! Very nice and friendly. I loved how she did my facial. I'm definitely booking a treatment at least every month! She was truly a sweetheart! I can't praise her enough.

I am genuinely impressed! Zanele worked professionally and efficiently! She did an incredible job taking extra care throughout the treatment and afterwards to ensure I was comfortable. She was also very accommodating when I changed my appointment from just brows to a full face treatment, which I really appreciated. Zanele communicated clearly throughout the entire appointment, explaining what she was doing and making me feel completely at ease.
