I've been using Lily's Lash for just over 2 years now- Zulpha for lashes and Tharwaa for my facials and Laser. They are basically responsible for making me look beautiful. I've been seeing Ray-Ann for my laser since January 2023 and 7 months later, I have only gotten more comfortable. She has the best affordability in Cape Town and her professionalism is astounding! Every appointment has brought me excitement. Always polite, asking about my well-being and how I am feeling with the results of the laser, and ALWAYS making sure I am comfortable; the bed is heated, the room is warm, the laser settings are comfortable. All I am to do is to relax and Ray-Ann makes sure of that.

Never had so many compliments on my skin! It felt so clean and breathable when I left my Hydrafacial appointment. Charnelle is so kind and comforting and didn’t make me feel embarrassed about where my skin was at after not having a facial in ages. The lymphatic drainage also helped sculpt my face before an event & everyone was telling me my skin looked so supple and hydrated and glowy even without makeup. Also the lash lift with Nicole— AMAZING. You wake up feeling so pretty & no need for mascara. I had extensions for 7 years and don’t think I will need to go back! Thank you both xx
