This is by far the best waxing experience I’ve had in a long time! Having moved to Vancouver from Western Australia in March, I’ve been really nervous about finding a new salon to go to as I’ve had MANY bad experiences in the past. Sam COMPLETELY changed that for me. She was amazing. SO quick and I have absolutely zero complaints. Left with an eyebrow massage and a free chai tea! (I got home about 10 minutes ago so that’s how happy I am with the service!) Even the warm welcome at reception was amazing! Thanks SO much! You’ve got a new loyal customer - see you again very soon! x

I was nervous going in because I just recently moved to Vancouver; I've only trusted a few select people with my eyebrows but seeing all the wonderful reviews, I decided to take the plunge and book with Sam. It was my first time doing eyebrow threading and it's so much better than waxing! Sam was fantastic, she was very gentle, I got a little massage after, and my eyebrows look amazing! This was my first time visiting Upscale Nail Studio and it won't be my last. The experience from start to finish was top notch. Everyone was polite, attentive, and the services were excellent. The space is very nice with a relaxing atmosphere. I had eyebrow shaping, upper lip wax, and a Lux pedicure. All were excellent. Neda and Aida both did an excellent job and I am so impressed with the service.

Been going for 5+ years, always great service. Best shampoo and head massage in Vancouver in the best lighted massage chair from Paris. Great tea/coffee snacks and own Ipad for Netflix. Highly recommend. Thank you for today, Kai and Alberto!

She’s incredibly kind, the salon is spotless, and I fully trust her taste—she always surprises me with amazing designs. Her whole team is also fantastic. Truly the best nail salon in Vancouver. The owner Annik has curated a beautiful little shop in downtown vancouver/gastown, on a quiet street she stands alone but offers so many incredible services and products in her store front making her a big fish in her location. very calm and willing to take time to listen to clients. very happy with my service,and i look forward to future visits

Dr Chow and ( RN) laeli, worked together and really listened to my desired outcome . I'm apprehensive about having needles inserted into my face but being a bit vain I take the risk. They are both extremely careful and experienced skilled artists in my opinion. I would highly recommend Dr.Chow and laeli anytime.
