This was my first time visiting Upscale Nail Studio and it won't be my last. The experience from start to finish was top notch. Everyone was polite, attentive, and the services were excellent. The space is very nice with a relaxing atmosphere. I had eyebrow shaping, upper lip wax, and a Lux pedicure. All were excellent. Neda and Aida both did an excellent job and I am so impressed with the service.

Loveee!! Carmen is amazing and makes you feel so comfortable. I am fully converted to waxing from shaving, and it only gets easier every session! First time man spa experience, Mani, Pedi, Facial and eyebrows. Pros Relaxing environment (enough to fall asleep) Felt beautiful afterwards Felt great afterwards Nails were shiny (who knew?) Face was GLOWING and eyebrows on fleek Cons Wish it lasted longer because it was so relaxing.

Amazing as always! Carmen is super funny and it takes away from the fact that I’m lying there naked getting hair ripped from my skin. I’ve also never felt judged with Carmen, which I’ve felt at past waxing places. Fastest and most thorough wax ever!!

I had an absolutely AMAZING facial with Parthena! My skin was glowing and I saw a significant difference. Trying my best to not touch my face, but it's hard to resist cause it's so soft. Parthena was super nice and friendly, and she also gave me some face product samples to take home. Will definitely be coming back regularly! It was a true spa experience and I would highly recommend.

I had an incredible facial at Spa at the Madison. Rena, the owner, did my treatment personally and she is truly amazing at what she does. She made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in, and her expertise and attention to detail were obvious throughout the entire facial. My skin felt refreshed, clean, and glowing afterwards. One of the best facials I’ve ever had. The spa itself is warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. This is the nicest place for manicure and pedicure services in North Vancouver! The staff are friendly and good at what they do. The place is nicely decorated and clean. It is well worth the higher price for the wonderful experience.
