I was 30 minutes late to my appointment due to my own lack of time management and they still found the time to fit me in ☺️ Such a lovely and cozy space with staff who make you feel at utmost comfort and pay close attention to detail, consistently check in with your thoughts and satisfaction throughout each step of the process. Anna was my nail technician and I’ll be definitely be returning for a touch up on my hard gel, chrome nails from her 💖 Highly recommend the hand spa, definitely made the more of a difference.

I usually get my nails done with Abby or Nicole and had it with Anna today. Nail shaping and nail prep was good and nail art was very fast and while I like the result, it just felt a bit rushed.

Hi, honestly this was the best manicure I've had in my life. The chairs and armrests are super comfortable. The e-filing experience was very calm and gentle. My nail tech GIAN!!! This was my first time at this nail shop and I am very impressed! The staff were professional and friendly, and they really took their time to make sure my nails looked perfect. The technician also carefully and effectively removed the corn on my feet, which made a huge difference in my comfort. I loved the relaxing atmosphere and the care they showed. Highly recommend!

I wished I could bring these professional and kind nail technicians back to Melbourne with me. Not only did they do an excellent job, they even offered advice on how to treat my already damaged nails. The small chats that flowed through that hour or so I was there make time flies by plus having two nail therapist working on both hands were such a treat!
