My service was impeccable. Esme was patient with my need to use translator (I don’t speak ES) and made my nails exactly as I requested. Daniel was also kind and answered all of my questions and offered me beverages. The end-to-end logistical process (scheduling appointment, reminders communicated, very short wait time, payment) were all positively seamless. Any time I come to Bogotá, I will only go to Mistú for my nail maintenance! 🫶🏾

I have had my nails done for years but this was hands down one of the best salons I have visited. Michel took amazing care of me and nails look exactly like I wanted them. It is not just about the aesthetics but also the health of my nail, in which she put a lot of effort to. Highly recommend Maia’s if you want beautiful and healthy nails that last for long time 💛

good service, but i think they way overcharged me. i needed three nails replaced (press-on) and new polish. they charged me 120k even though a whole new set is 100k. not sure what happened with that but i won't be returning

La experiencia con María es espectacular. Se nota la experiencia y calidad de su trabajo. Las uñas le quedan impecables. Luego de hacerse pedicure con ella no quedan ganas de hacerse con nadie más, tiene la mano súper suave, no deja las uñas de los pies con dolor. María siempre trata de que te vayas feliz con su trabajo y cada vez que voy, lo logra. Aparte sientes que estás con una amiga por su buen humor y el buen ambiente que hay. Yo vivo lejos de la sede, pero no cambio Fernanda Castillo Nails por nada del mundo!!!🩷✨

The service was great! They were able to accommodate me and my friend last minute for massages AND a manicure/pedicure. It is a very clean building. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional and you cannot beat the price for a 60 minute massage. Location is also next to a couple of nice restaurants and stores for some shopping as well so convenient location.
