It was my first time visiting the Healing Spa and I will definitely be back. The massage was so relaxing, the facial left my skin glowing and the scalp massage was something else (yes I treated myself to the full works - I can recommend the packages!). Very professional and engaging. Jamie is very friendly and you can either have a good conversation or happy silence while having your massage. I have had 2 massages from Jamie now both while suffering from an injury and I highly recommend him. He's very knowledgeable about his field, always makes sure you are getting what you need out of the massage, and that you are comfortable with the massage. I'm going to be a recurring customer even after my injury is sorted out.

I had reflexology and a hot stone massage with Cassie and it was brilliant. She’s so warm and easy to relax with, and the treatments felt amazing. The hot stone massage melted away every bit of tension, she always makes you feel really looked after. Would definitely recommend her.

Excellent service from start to finish. The location is convenient with easy parking, and Jamie made me feel welcome and completely relaxed from the moment I arrived. His confidence, experience, and knowledge are evident, and he was able to effectively address my tight muscles and aid my recovery after intense exercise. I would certainly recommend Jamie and will be booking again soon. Without doubt, this is the best massage I’ve experienced in the Gosport/Fareham area, and I’ve tried several others over the years. 5 star service for sure.

Amazing massage that I really enjoyed. I find it hard to relax and Jenny puts me right at ease. the room is comfortable, warm, relaxing and calming. Jenny does every motion with ease and her soft warm hands glide during the massage and softy touch points on my feet for my reflexology at the end of the full body massage. highly recommend and can't wait for my next visit.

First time sports massage newbie, Jamie was very professional throughout the entire process of welcome, explanation of what to expect, sports massage itself, and aftercare/self help recommendations. The sports massage was very thorough and relaxing, and I left the session feeling a lot less tense than I had realised I actually was. Would certainly recommend Jamie, and will be returning again.

I booked a back, neck and shoulder massage along with a mini facial and scalp massage, and it was honestly the most relaxing experience of my life! The massage was perfectly tailored, just the right amount of pressure to release tension while still feeling relaxing. The mini facial left my skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated, and the scalp massage was pure bliss…so calming that I completely drifted off. Every part of the treatment felt thoughtful and indulgent. I can’t recommend enough if you’re looking for total relaxation and a little escape from everyday stress, this is the place to go.
