Charlie is incredibly knowledgeable and he was able to clearly instruct me with helpful exercises, after detailing the specific problem that was being caused by the nerve running down my arm. I felt very relaxed in his presence, which is important for me as I struggle to relax at times. I look forward to booking in with him again and working on the niggles and pains in my body. The massage was a great mix of relaxation and pressure/firmness needed for working into the more uncomfortable areas. Thank you Charlie!

Thank you for another wonderful sports massage and laser treatment on my injuries. Finishing with a relaxing abdominal massage. Perfect pressure and my aches and pains really do subside and I feel a million times better almost immediately. Highly recommend 🫶🏻

Very professional and engaging. Jamie is very friendly and you can either have a good conversation or happy silence while having your massage. I have had 2 massages from Jamie now both while suffering from an injury and I highly recommend him. He's very knowledgeable about his field, always makes sure you are getting what you need out of the massage, and that you are comfortable with the massage. I'm going to be a recurring customer even after my injury is sorted out.

I had reflexology and a hot stone massage with Cassie and it was brilliant. She’s so warm and easy to relax with, and the treatments felt amazing. The hot stone massage melted away every bit of tension, she always makes you feel really looked after. Would definitely recommend her.

Amazing treatments today! Booked at very short notice, having never been to Cassie before. I was so pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful, cosy set up and a knowledgeable therapist! I had the hot stone massage and Indian head - they were both fabulous. The hot stone back massage actually focused on solving my knots and aches rather than a pleasant tickle of a massage and the head massage was so relaxing I almost dropped off twice! A very lucky find, I will be back for sure ♡

Amazing!!. First (and not the last) time I’ve been to see Paula. She put me at ease from the beginning and was great to chat to (as I was trying not to fall asleep because I was so relaxed during the wonderful massage) I had micro needling done, my skin looks/feels gorgeous. Excellent service from start to finish. The location is convenient with easy parking, and Jamie made me feel welcome and completely relaxed from the moment I arrived. His confidence, experience, and knowledge are evident, and he was able to effectively address my tight muscles and aid my recovery after intense exercise. I would certainly recommend Jamie and will be booking again soon. Without doubt, this is the best massage I’ve experienced in the Gosport/Fareham area, and I’ve tried several others over the years. 5 star service for sure.

A superior head spa in such a beautiful setting. Jade has created a calm and welcoming haven that allows you to feel very comfortable and at ease. The treatment was exceptional and incredible relaxing – everything I needed it to be. With some previous experience of heads-as, this is by far the best I have had. Jade's knowledge and experience is evident, both in her understanding of how to formulate the treatment to your hair, and the high-quality massage you receive. I cannot recommend Jade enough – I will not be going anywhere else for my head spas.
