I had reflexology and a hot stone massage with Cassie and it was brilliant. She’s so warm and easy to relax with, and the treatments felt amazing. The hot stone massage melted away every bit of tension, she always makes you feel really looked after. Would definitely recommend her.

Charlie is incredibly knowledgeable and he was able to clearly instruct me with helpful exercises, after detailing the specific problem that was being caused by the nerve running down my arm. I felt very relaxed in his presence, which is important for me as I struggle to relax at times. I look forward to booking in with him again and working on the niggles and pains in my body. The massage was a great mix of relaxation and pressure/firmness needed for working into the more uncomfortable areas. Thank you Charlie!

Amazing treatments today! Booked at very short notice, having never been to Cassie before. I was so pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful, cosy set up and a knowledgeable therapist! I had the hot stone massage and Indian head - they were both fabulous. The hot stone back massage actually focused on solving my knots and aches rather than a pleasant tickle of a massage and the head massage was so relaxing I almost dropped off twice! A very lucky find, I will be back for sure ♡

Amazing!!. First (and not the last) time I’ve been to see Paula. She put me at ease from the beginning and was great to chat to (as I was trying not to fall asleep because I was so relaxed during the wonderful massage) I had micro needling done, my skin looks/feels gorgeous. I love visiting Krissy for Duopody Reflexology. She genuinely has magic hands and coupled with Reiki, I always feel fully relaxed and my long term illness symptoms are reduced.

Second visit to Alex today for help with my sore neck, old shoulder injury and arthritic knee. Alex’s treatment room is lovely and warm with relaxing background music playing. The treatment table was heated and scented beautifully with lemon balm. Alex skilfully targeted my problems areas and I felt the tension leave my muscles - I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep. Alex also carried out laser therapy on my arthritic knee - no pain since! I highly recommend Alex - truly a passionate, skilled and knowledgeable therapist.
