I have been working with Craig for a number of months to correct a training injury. Craig has been attentive, knowledgeable and adaptable during the course of rehab. His responsiveness as rehab has progressed has prevented stagnation and I am back training regularly again! As always Toni is thorough with her treatment. Identifies areas of concern even when you don’t realise it’s an issue. I’ve been seeing Toni just over a year now, having issues with shoulders, lower back and legs especially IT bands. Training was always hard and recovery after exercise was slow. I can now train harder, with far less discomfort, and DOMS is greatly reduced with recovery being much quicker. Toni’s knowledge and support has been absolutely amazing. Toni is awesome…. This was my 2nd visit to see Clare today, ongoing back problems have plagued me from years of lorry driving, Clare's approach not only helps address the immediate pain, her advice and exercise tips are also helping. Ive also strained my ham strings at the gym tooday, my massage has helped immensely and Clare has given me exercises to "warm" them up properly in the future. Oliver was great. IV tried a lot of different physio's recovering from my injury without any improvement. Oliver got to the root of the problem, advised how I was performing the exercises and created a detailed exercise plan based specifically for myself. I have improvements in 2 weeks and almost back to full fitness already. Much appreciated, I'll certainly be re-booking.

I’ve been to over 15 physios/sports therapist since I started my football career and running, and not once have I met someone with such attention to detail, willingness to learn more and passion for being in this profession. Emma always gives great aftercare and wants to support you long term, not just see you back next week. Her application to strength training/in gym rehab is great and she always gives you a road map to getting back to doing your sport/activity rather than just telling you what you can’t do. A growth mindset approach. 5/5.

I had an excellent experience with Chris, I came both during and after training for a marathon and it really helped freshen up my legs, iron out any slight niggles and tension I was feeling and improve my recovery. Chris was very thorough and professional taking more time and care over specific areas I was feeling more tightness and I definitely felt the benefits after each session. I would highly recommend a massage with Chris!

The Recovery Cave was exactly what I needed after a tough few weeks of training! I tried the massage pod and Normatec compression therapy, and both were amazing. I left feeling so much fresher, looser, and fully recharged. The place has a really calm, welcoming vibe, and everything felt top notch. I have been receiving treatment from Cara as part of a marathon running plan after I had some minor issues. Cara has not only gave treatment to offer relief from soreness, at times she has given me some great advice and laid out exercises for me to incorporate in my strength training and they have fit in as part of my whole plan brilliantly and I've had really good results! I've needed lots of different support and advice throughout this process and Cara has been an important part of it from start to finish.

Jordan’s been great. He really listens, checks in with me, and makes sure I fully understand both what he’s explaining and the rehab exercises he’s given me. I’ve been seeing Ryan for sports massage therapy for many years and highly recommend him. He has helped me with everything from general maintenance to injuries, getting me to the start line of multiple ultra trail and marathon running events. Ryan is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable, explaining how the body works and why injuries occur. He provides tailored rehab exercises after each session. My son, a dancer, also sees him and benefits greatly. Excellent service at a very reasonable cost.

I went to Clinic 31 Sports Massage & Cupping to help with long term rhomboid pain in my upper back and a recent forearm injury from training, and the results have been amazing! After just a couple of sessions I noticed much less tension in my upper back and faster recovery in my forearm. Fares is very knowledgeable and clearly understands sports injuries. The sports massage and cupping combination made a huge difference. I’ve already signed up for a membership to stay on top of recovery. Highly recommend!

Lewis took the time to properly assess my injuries, explain what was going on, and understand my goals. He created a personalised rehab programme that addressed both my injuries while still allowing me to continue training safely, adapting my strength exercises and current training plan rather than telling me to stop altogether. Lewis is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and approachable, and always happy to answer questions. Since seeing Lewis, I am getting stronger, and much more in control of my recovery.
