I have very little words to describe how I felt after my treatment with the wonderful Chloe ! Mainly because I was so relaxed I couldn't string 2 words together ! Absolute credit to the spa ! , Chloe is absolutely the best at what she does , Proffesional ,attentive, listens to her clients , made me feel totally at ease from first contact ! The massage and facial were hands down the best I have ever experienced ! Thank you so much Chloe ! Not forgetting the rest of the spa team , who were also really lovely and professional. The spa itself is beautifully clean and very relaxing 5 stars !!

Cloisters Spa is set in The Parsonage Hotel in York. Set in six acres of beautiful formal gardens and only 15 minutes away from the historic city of York, our spa facilities include 5 treatment rooms, a 16-metre swimming pool, jacuzzi, state-of-the-art gymnasium, sauna, steam room, and aromatherapy salt room. We use Natural Spa Factory products and leading British Spa brand Elemis and specialise in their ‘touch’ therapies. OPI products are used in our hand and foot treatments. Guests over the age of 18 are welcome to make use of the adults-only Cloisters Spa.
