Cloisters Spa is set in The Parsonage Hotel in York. Set in six acres of beautiful formal gardens and only 15 minutes away from the historic city of York, our spa facilities include 5 treatment rooms, a 16-metre swimming pool, jacuzzi, state-of-the-art gymnasium, sauna, steam room, and aromatherapy salt room. We use Natural Spa Factory products and leading British Spa brand Elemis and specialise in their ‘touch’ therapies. OPI products are used in our hand and foot treatments. Guests over the age of 18 are welcome to make use of the adults-only Cloisters Spa.

As we are staying at the Parsonage hotel, we have decided to book a few spa treatments over the 3 days to help relax our travel weary bodies. Today's treatment seemed to stop short - we received about 18 minutes of massage in a 30 minute timeslot. As this was our 4th & 5th treatment this week, we did feel a bit shortchanged. We certainly didnt feel any loyalty from the spa for the amount of work we gave them. A bit of a shame today.

Katy explained the process in a professional and caring manner. From the outset, I felt that she was going to provide eceptional service and the TLC I needed after weeks of travel. When she finished I felt like I was floaty and my skin was well nourished. A lovely, nurturing experience.
