As a workspace owner, you can permanently delete your workspace while keeping your account active, allowing you to join or create a new workspace whenever needed. Learn how to delete your workspace as an owner.

Getting started
Once a workspace has been deleted, any associated information cannot be restored. Before submitting a workspace deletion request, we recommend:
- Unlisting your marketplace profile to prevent clients from booking with you.
- Cancelling all your upcoming appointments.
- Refund any client deposits made for future appointments.
- Refund any active gift cards or memberships.
- Exporting your client list and the sales log report.
- Settle any negative balance in your business wallet.
Deleting a workspace
To leave a workspace that you own:
- Click on your profile icon and select Personal settings.
- Select Workspaces and click Manage next to your workspace.
- Click Delete workspace.
- Choose a reason for deleting your workspace.
- Confirm you understand the conditions of deleting your workspace.
- Enter your account email address and password.
A workspace deletion request will be sent to Fresha where we’ll review and process this in 7 days.

- Photo ID verification: A clear photo of yourself holding a valid government-issued ID (for example, a selfie with your passport or driver’s license, ensuring both your face and the ID details are clearly visible).
- Proof of business ownership: An official document issued in your country that confirms you are the legal owner of the business, such as a business registration certificate, tax return, or business premises lease.
When you leave a workspace, your personal account remains active with Fresha, preserving your email, password, security settings, service reviews, and personal wallet funds. You can join a new workspace or start your own business anytime.
If you decide to leave Fresha, your card terminal must be returned to complete the deletion of your workspace. Our team will guide you through the return process and help ensure everything is wrapped up smoothly.
