Join a workspace
Effortlessly connect with a workplace through your personal account. Learn how to join a workspace to access your scheduled shifts, client appointments, and workplace resources.
Getting started
With Fresha, there are two types of accounts you can have; a personal account or a team member profile. It's helpful to understand the difference before joining a workspace.
- Personal account:
This is your personal profile where you securely manage your details, such as your password, contact information, avatar, and reviews. Your Fresha account allows you to easily join or leave business workspaces as a team member whenever invited by a business owner. - Team member profile:
In a business workspace, the owner creates a team member profile for you, which will then appear in the team member list. Once your profile is set up, you’ll receive an email invitation to join the business.
The process of joining a workspace on Fresha varies depending on whether you are:
- New to Fresha
- A team member at an existing workspace
- A workspace owner
Joining as a new Fresha user
If you’re new to Fresha and don’t yet have an account, there are two ways you can create one to join a workspace.
Accept an invite from a business
The business can choose to add you as a team member and send you an email invitation.

- Mobile
To join the workspace as a new Fresha user:
- Open the email invite and select Accept invite.
- Click continue using Facebook, Google, Apple, or the pre-populated email address from the invite.
- Review and edit your new account details, then click Continue.
- Create a password for your account and click Join Fresha.
- You'll see a welcome message confirming your access.
- Click Get started to verify your mobile number.
- Enter your mobile number and click Send code.
- Enter the code you receive on your mobile.
You now have access to the workspace through your Fresha account.
To join the workspace as a new Fresha user:
- Open the email invite and select Accept invite.
- Tap continue using Facebook, Google, Apple, or the pre-populated email address from the invite.
- Review and edit your new account details, then tap Continue.
- Create a password for your account and tap Join Fresha.
- You'll see a welcome message confirming your access.
- Tap Get started to verify your mobile number.
- Enter your mobile number and tap Send code.
- Enter the code you receive on your mobile.
You now have access to the workspace through your Fresha account.
Request to join a business
You can create a new Fresha account and choose to join an existing business.
To join the workspace as a new Fresha user:
- Open the Fresha for Business sign-up page.
- Enter your business email address and click Continue to confirm.
- Enter your first and last name, create a password, and enter your mobile number. You can also update the country if needed.
- Add the following details:
- First and last name:
Add your name as you want it to appear under your personal account. - Password:
Create a new secure password for your account. - Mobile number:
This will be the contact number you need to verify your account with. - Country:
Select Edit to update the country to match your business location, as this information cannot be changed after your account is created.
- First and last name:
- Check the box to agree to Fresha’s policies and terms.
- Select Create account.
- Follow the steps to verify your mobile number using the 4-digit verification code.
- Select the option to Join an existing business on Fresha.
- Enter the business name into the search bar and select the correct one from the list.
- Include an optional message to introduce yourself or explain your request, then click Send request.
Once you’ve submitted your request, the business owner will be notified through their Fresha account. They can review and accept your request directly from their Notifications tab.
Joining as existing Fresha user
If you’re already part of a workspace as a team member on Fresha, you’ll need to leave it before joining a new one. If you own a workspace, you’ll need to delete it before joining another one as a team member.
Accept an invite from a business
Once you’ve left a workspace, the new business can add you to their workspace and send you an email invitation.

To accept to join a new workspace with your existing account:
- Open the email invite and select Accept invite.
- On the Fresha joining page, click Accept invite under the email address associated with your existing account.
- A welcome message will confirm your access to the workspace.
- Click Get started to start using the workspace.

Request to join a business
Once you've left a workspace, you can search and request to join a new workspace on Fresha.
To request to join a new workspace with your existing account:
- Click on your Avatar icon and select Workspaces.
- Click on Add to join a new workspace.
- Select the option to Join an existing business on Fresha.
- Enter the business name into the search bar and select the correct one from the list.
- Include an optional message to introduce yourself or explain your request, then click Send request.
Once you’ve submitted your request, the business owner will be notified through their Fresha account. They can review and accept your request directly from their Notifications tab.
