Contact support
You can reach support experts directly from within your Fresha workspace.
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, click on the Help and support icon.
- In the help view, choose from the following support options:
- Email: Use the search bar to browse our helpful guides. If you still need assistance, click on “Can’t find what you’re looking for?”. In the next step, select a reason for contacting, add a brief description of your question, and attach any relevant files or screenshots. Then click Send email.
- Live chat: A chat window will open where you can get help on your question immediately. If helpful you can attach relevant files or screenshots.
- Phone support: Under Access code, click on Generate to retrieve your unique access code. You need to provide this code, if requested, when calling the support team using the contact number shown in the help view.

Your access code is temporary and changes each time it’s generated. It can only be used to verify your own business and should not be shared with anyone else.
If you call phone support from a phone number linked to your Fresha account, your number is automatically recognized and verified against your business details. If you’re calling from a different number, simply provide your unique access code when prompted to confirm your identity.
