How locations work

Each location that you create in Fresha represents a physical place where your business operates. If your business has multiple locations, you can set each one up separately so that schedules, team members, services, reports, and product sales are managed independently for each location.

You can create and manage all your locations in one place, giving you full control over how your business operates.

Create a location

The name and address of a location will be visible to clients on their receipts and when booking online, so they need to be kept up-to-date.

  1. From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Settings.
  2. Click on the Business setup category to access your business details.
  3. In the left menu panel, select Locations to view your locations, and click on the Add button in the top right of your screen to create a new one. Group 31192.jpg
  4. Next, enter your location details, including:
    1. Location display name: this will be public to your clients and discoverable on the Fresha marketplace.
    2. Internal location name: this will be visible only to your team and is not displayed to clients. You can use this label to help your team members identify each location easily (for example, Headquarters, Warehouse and so on).
    3. Location contact number: this will be be displayed in the event that clients attempt to cancel outside of their cancelation window.
    4. Location email address: this will be used for any location-specific notifications sent to you and your team.
  5. Click Next step in the top right of your screen to proceed to the next step.Group 31188.jpg
