Set up a marketplace profile
Join the Fresha marketplace, where over three million bookings are made by millions of monthly users. Learn to set up your online profile to attract new clients and keep your regulars coming back.
Getting started
Before publishing your marketplace profile online, you'll need to have the following details to hand:
- Your business info, including the mobile number, email and location.
- A selection of high quality images (we recommend publishing at least six images).
Setting up marketplace profiles
Create your online profile and start attracting clients.
- Desktop
- Mobile
To set up your online profile:
- Open Online booking.
- Select Marketplace profile.
- For the relevant location, click List profile.
- Under Profile info, add the following details about your business:
- Business name:
Write the business name with the first letters capitalized, without emojis, symbols, or punctuation. If you have multiple locations, list the business name first, followed by the location. For example, Trendy Studio London or Trendy Studio Manchester. - Business phone number:
This number is only given to clients if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment after the cancellation window has passed. - Business email:
This email will be used for replies to booking notification emails. - Services available for:
Choose whether your services are available for Females, Males, or Everyone. - Description:
A great description is key to attracting and keeping clients, helping them quickly see what you do and why they should choose you.
- Business name:
- Enter your business location address in the search bar, or click Edit in the address box.
- Move the pin on the location map to show exactly where your business is located. This will appear on the map in marketplace search and on your venue page.
- Specify the opening hours you want displayed on your profile. This does not relate to or affect your scheduled shifts.
- Upload a selection of high-quality photos to showcase your services and make your profile stand out:
- Exterior photos:
These should be visually appealing and people-free. - Interior photos:
Show the venue’s inside spaces, like treatment rooms, mani/pedi areas, or the reception—without people. - Product shots:
Avoid featuring the entire lineup of products you offer.
- Exterior photos:
- Select Preview profile to make sure your details and images are accurate.
- Click Publish.
If your mobile number isn’t verified, you’ll need to enter it to receive a 4-digit code. Once you add the code, you can publish your profile.

Make sure all images are high resolution, as low-quality photos won't be approved. Check the photography guidelines for best practices.
