Transfer workspace ownership access
Learn how to transfer workspace ownership and full account control to a team member in your Fresha account.
Transfer Fresha workspace ownership to a team member
If your business is changing owners or you need to transfer ownership to someone else, you can do this through your Workspace settings.
The new owner must already be added as a team member in your Fresha business account before ownership can be transferred.
Once ownership is transferred, your owner access will be removed and you will be assigned a team member role with high level access to the Fresha workspace.

A Fresha business account can have only one account owner with full access. If you need to share control, we recommend giving a team member full access through your permissions settings.
If you need to remove a team member from your workspace, you must first archive and then delete their profile. This permanently removes their workspace access while preserving your business reviews, their past sales and appointment data in your reports.
If you want to leave a workspace, you can do so from your Workspace settings.
As the workspace owner, you can create and manage permission roles for your workspace and control individual access levels for each team member.
Only team members who have accepted the invite to join your workspace will appear in the list when selecting a new owner. The team member must also verify their email address and create a login for your workspace before they can be selected.
