Leave a workspace as a team member
Keep your personal account with Fresha active so you have the flexibility to join or create a new workspace. Learn how to leave a workspace as a team member whilst keeping your account.
Getting started
Leaving a workspace keeps your Fresha account available to join or create a new workspace. Before leaving a workspace:
- Pay out any remaining money from your wallet into your bank account.
Leaving a workspace
To leave a workspace as a team member:
- Click on your profile icon and select Workspaces.
- Select Manage next to your workspace.
- Click Leave workspace.
- Enter your email address to confirm.
- Click Leave.
An on-screen message will appear to confirm you’ve left the workspace. This will also be recorded under your previous workspaces along with your departure date.
FAQs
When you leave a workspace, your personal account stays active with Fresha. All your personal details will be preserved, this includes your email, password, security settings, service reviews, and personal wallet with any remaining funds.
Yes, you can rejoin a workspace. The business will need to resend you an invitation from your team member profile on the workspace account. If your profile has been archived, they will need to unarchive it from the team member list first.
Your reviews will stay in both the workspace they were submitted to and your personal account.
If you'd like to transfer your reviews to a different Fresha business, simply contact our support team for assistance.
