Leaving a workspace
- From the toolbar in the top right of your screen, click the Profile icon and select Personal settings.
- In the left panel, click on Workspaces, to view your workspaces.
- Click on Manage next to the workspace you wish to leave and select Leave workspace.
- Enter your email address to confirm.
- Click Leave.
Once you leave a workspace, an on-screen message will appear to confirm you’ve left the workspace. This will also be recorded under your previous workspaces along with your departure date.
Before leaving a workspace, be sure to Pay out any remaining money from your wallet into your bank account.
FAQs
When you leave a workspace, your personal account stays active with Fresha. All your personal details will be preserved, this includes your email, password, security settings, service reviews, and personal wallet with any remaining funds.
Yes, you can rejoin a workspace. The business will need to resend you an invitation from your team member profile on the workspace account. If your profile has been archived, they will need to unarchive it from the team member list first.
