About updating Deals
As your business goals change, you may want to update existing offers, reuse successful promotions, or remove Deals that are no longer relevant. From your Deals list, you can manage Promotions, Flash sales, and Last-minute offers to keep your discounts up to date and continue driving bookings.
For example, duplicate a successful seasonal promotion to use again next year, update the discount on an active Flash sale, or deactivate a discount code that is no longer needed. Then create Blast campaigns from existing Deals to promote them to clients.
Update a Deal

From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Marketing.

Select Deals to open the list of your offers.

Next to the deal you want to manage, click on Actions (three dots) and select one of the following options to suit your goal:
- Create a campaign: Create a Blast campaign to let your clients know about your offer and encourage bookings.
- Edit: Update the Deal's details. Make your changes, then click Save to apply them.
- Duplicate: Create a copy of the Deal as a starting point for a new one. Update any details, then click Create to save the new deal.
- Deactivate: Pause the deal. The status changes to Inactive and the deal is no longer available to clients.
- Activate (for inactive deals): Bring the deal back. The status changes to Active and clients can use it again.
- Archive:
Permanently remove the deal from your main Deals list. Click Archive again in the pop-up to confirm.
FAQs
To see a record of previous Deals, set the filter in your Deals list to Archived. These Deals are no longer active or available to clients.
Archived Deals remain available to view in your Deals list. These can no longer be edited, reactivated, duplicated, or used to create a campaign. To pause the offer instead of removing it permanently, select the option to Deactivate.
If you want to use a Deal again in the future, deactivate it to pause the offer instead of archiving it permanently. To run the same offer again after archiving it, create a new Deal with the same settings.
When creating a Blast campaign, you can add a Promotional discount code. To send a Blast campaign for a Flash sale or a Last-minute offer, a campaign can be sent directly from the Deal itself by selecting Actions (three dots) and Create a campaign.
