Review Smart pricing performance to understand how dynamic pricing contributes to appointments, sales, and revenue. Compare the impact of increased and decreased pricing to identify the times your pricing strategy performs best and refine decisions about future pricing.
Review Smart pricing performance

From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Marketing.

Select Smart pricing to open the overview page.

Use the date range and location filters to review Smart pricing performance. The metrics update to show results for your selected period and location:
- Smart Pricing appointments value: The total value of appointments where Smart Pricing was applied to at least one service.
- Smart Pricing sales value: The total sales revenue generated from appointments where Smart Pricing was applied to at least one service.

Use the dropdown above the chart to switch between Appointments and Sales, then compare the impact of increased and decreased pricing throughout the week.
FAQs
Yes, you can edit smart pricing after it’s been set up. To do this, in the Smart pricing tab, select Actions next to the location where you can choose to Edit, Pause, or Clear the smart pricing settings.
Yes, if you have multiple locations, you can view Smart Pricing performance for each one individually. On the overview page, click All locations and select the location you want to review. The performance metrics will update to reflect activity for that location.
