About client reviews
Reviews are one of the best ways to improve your visibility on the Fresha Marketplace. Following each completed appointment, clients are invited to leave a review, where they can share star ratings, comments, and photos about their visit.
Their feedback gives you valuable insight into the experience you provide, helps you understand what clients value, and gives future clients confidence when booking with your business.
How clients leave a review
After each completed appointment, clients automatically receive a Thank You for Visiting message by text message, WhatsApp, or email inviting them to leave a review. They can also leave a review at any time from their appointment history in the Fresha app.
Reviews can include a star rating, comments, and photos. When tips are enabled, clients are also prompted to leave one. Your clients can leave or delete a review at any time after their appointment, but they can only edit it within 30 days of posting.
Where reviews appear
Reviews appear on your Fresha marketplace profile, within the client's profile, and in Online Reputation, where you can monitor new reviews and review activity. Your marketplace profile also displays AI-powered summaries to help potential clients quickly understand what reviewers value about your business.
Team members can receive notifications when new reviews are submitted, with quick access to the client's details and appointment information.
FAQs
Client reviews remain visible if a client's account is deleted or an appointment is refunded. Only the client can delete their own review.
Clients can leave one review per appointment. If they want to update their feedback, they can edit their existing review from the Reviews section of their Fresha account.
Clients receive a review invitation for each completed appointment with your business. If an appointment is cancelled or not checked out, no invitation is sent.
