About the online reputation overview

The Online reputation overview gives you a quick snapshot of how your business is performing. View your total reviews, overall rating, and rating breakdown, alongside AI-powered insights that help you understand what clients are saying about your business.

Track your overall rating and review performance

At the top of the page, three cards summarize your review performance:

• Overall rating: the average of all your combined reviews across Fresha and Google.
• Total reviews: your total review count, combined across Fresha and Google.
• Response rate: the percentage of reviews you've replied to.

Each card also shows how much that figure has changed since the previous month, so you can see at a glance whether your reputation is trending up or down.

Compare your Fresha and Google reviews

Below the summary cards, separate Fresha and Google cards show your rating and review count on each platform, along with a breakdown of how many reviews you've received at each star rating. Connect your Google Business Profile to bring your Google reviews into this view.

Your AI-powered review summary

The AI-powered review summary analyses client feedback to highlight common themes, confirm what clients value, uncover trends you might have missed and bring the most important feedback to your attention.

Top mentioned tags highlight the words and phrases that appear most often, helping you quickly spot recurring feedback without reading every review.

Reply to reviews that need your attention

The overview tab also highlights reviews where a client had a less than perfect experience, and you can respond directly from here.
