About reporting a review
If you believe a review on your Fresha Marketplace profile does not follow our reviews policy, you may report it for our team to review.
When a review is reported, it's temporarily hidden from your Marketplace profile while our team checks it against our policy. After these checks, the review either remains hidden or is restored to your Marketplace profile. Hidden reviews are still available to view under Online reputation.
Our policy helps ensure reviews are fair, reflect genuine experiences, and remain helpful for everyone.
Reviews may be reported within 3 months of the date they were posted.
Report a review
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Clients.
- Select Online reputation from the left menu panel.
- Click on the All reviews tab to view all your reviews.
- Select Actions (three dots) under the review you want to report, then select Dispute review.
- On the Dispute review screen, select the reason that best describes why you're reporting the review.
- In the text box, add any additional details to your report.
- Click on the Submit button in the top right to send your report.
After submitting your report, the review is temporarily hidden from your Marketplace profile while it's reviewed. To check its progress, select Actions (three dots) next to the review, then Dispute status. An email is sent confirming the outcome.
